Speakers at the Rally for Scottish Independence include First Minister, John Swinney, actor Brian Cox, and the Scottish Green Party Leaders, Ross Greer and Gillian Mackay, Aamer Anwar and Gordon MacIntyre-Kemp.
The organisers say that this is not a protest march, but rather a celebration of Scotland’s potential, its culture, and its people.
The march will proceed down the Royal Mile before heading up to Calton Hill, one of the most iconic locations in Scotland’s independence movement and the site of major rallies during the 2014 referendum campaign.
