The First Minister is also pledging that a re-elected SNP Government will continue to deliver improvements in the NHS, provide more support with the cost of living and will always put Scotland first.
Mr Swinney has already confirmed that if re-elected, the SNP Government will extend support for childcare to every family with children from nine months old until the end of primary school, and will provide up to £10,000 to help first time buyers saving for a deposit.
